a1z Terms of Use

1. Subject. a1z (the Service) provides access to a web panel and computing resources for automating social-media account work: registration, warm-up, video publishing, account checks.

2. Client responsibility. The client is solely responsible for the accounts created and used, the content, and compliance with the social networks' rules and applicable law. Consumables (proxies, phone numbers, mailboxes) can be taken from the Service, billed per use, or supplied by the client — in both cases the client is responsible for how they are used. The Service does not guarantee the safety, availability or non-blocking of third-party accounts.

3. Payment. Pricing is a fixed monthly fee per "thread" (parallel task). Payment is made by topping up an internal balance with cryptocurrency. Threads are charged 30 days in advance; increasing threads within a paid period charges only the difference for the remaining days; decreasing gives no refund. Service consumables are charged to the balance per use: proxies by traffic, numbers by delivered codes, mailboxes on purchase, whether or not the code arrives; prices are shown in the panel before purchase. The internal balance is not withdrawable or refundable except in case of a technical error of the Service; the marketplace sales balance (cl. 4) is the exception and may be withdrawn on request.

4. Account marketplace. The Service runs a marketplace where clients sell accounts to each other and to buyers in the Telegram bot. The Service acts as an intermediary: it is not the seller of the accounts and does not become their owner; it provides custody, verification and settlement.

4.1. Listing is available to clients with at least the number of active threads set by the Service (50 at the date of this revision). Only accounts registered with the Service may be sold. The seller sets the price. The Service withholds a commission on each sale, shown in the panel (10 % at the date of this revision).

4.2. A listed account is held by the Service until it is sold or withdrawn: it is locked for the seller and is not used in tasks. Withdrawal from sale takes effect after the delay shown in the panel.

4.3. Every account is checked for profile availability immediately before delivery. Accounts that fail the check are not delivered and are returned to the seller; the buyer is refunded for them. After delivery no warranty, replacement or refund is provided: what happens to the account next depends on the buyer's actions and on the social network. The Service discloses only the data it holds itself (registration country, confirmation method, mailbox domain, age, warm-up and publication history).

4.4. Sale proceeds are credited to the seller's sales balance. They can be moved to the internal balance or withdrawn in TRX on request, from the minimum amount shown in the panel. Requests are processed manually. The Service may refuse a payout without stating a reason and may suspend a seller and freeze the sales balance on signs of abuse (including selling knowingly dead accounts or buying from oneself).

5. Restrictions. The Service may suspend access for violations, non-payment or threats to infrastructure stability. Storage and account limits are shown in the account area.

5.1. Driving scam traffic to CIS countries is prohibited. If such use is detected, the client's profile is banned from the Service, and the internal balance and paid threads are non-refundable.

5.2. Clients chat. The private clients chat in Telegram is an extra, not part of the paid service, and access to it is not guaranteed. The Service may remove a member from the chat or block their entry without notice and without stating a reason: for insults, flooding, advertising, spam or any behaviour that disturbs others. Restricting chat access does not affect the panel and gives no right to a refund.

6. Data. Client data (settings, account database, media library) is stored on the Service's servers and deleted when the client deletes the profile. Account service data is stored encrypted.

7. No warranty. The Service is provided "as is". The Service is not liable for lost profit, account blocks by social networks, undelivered codes, or actions of third-party proxy, number and mailbox providers.

8. Changes. These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
