a1z Terms of Use

1. Subject. a1z (the Service) provides access to a web panel and computing resources for automating social-media account work: registration, warm-up, video publishing, account checks.

2. Client responsibility. The client supplies and pays for proxies, SMS services and other consumables, and is solely responsible for the accounts created and used, the content, and compliance with the social networks' rules and applicable law. The Service does not guarantee the safety, availability or non-blocking of third-party accounts.

3. Payment. Pricing is a fixed monthly fee per "thread" (parallel task). Payment is made by topping up an internal balance with cryptocurrency. Threads are charged 30 days in advance; increasing threads within a paid period charges only the difference for the remaining days; decreasing gives no refund. The internal balance is not withdrawable or refundable except in case of a technical error of the Service.

4. Restrictions. The Service may suspend access for violations, non-payment or threats to infrastructure stability. Storage and account limits are shown in the account area.

5. Data. Client data (settings, account database, media library) is stored on the Service's servers and deleted when the client deletes the profile. Account service data is stored encrypted.

6. No warranty. The Service is provided "as is". The Service is not liable for lost profit, account blocks by social networks, or actions of proxy and SMS providers.

7. Changes. These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
